A. terms of service
1) .According to the annual production capacity of the equipment, the requirement of the equipment and the time listed in the content provide you with qualified products.
2) .Our technicians will be appointed to design and implement to your factory building, member training, installing on spot, in order to make sure your putting in production on time. There is also a possibility to send the worker in your factory to study the producing technologies and the practical technologies.
3) .Counting pattern、time and place：After signing the contract, the customer should pre-pay the 30% of the total sum, and then we will produce the equipment, besides, after the customer’s acceptance of the equipments, finally, they can pay the 60% of the total cost. Other money should be paid after the success of the installing and debugging. (Other terms attached in trading contract)
4) .We provide the disclaim service for the equipment during lifetime. During the one year quality guarantee period, we will solve your practical problem according to the items our company has promised after answering your call at the first time. If exceed the quality guarantee period we will offer the follow-up service according to the customer’s requirement and our promises.
5) .Mending and defective parts changing for free within the quality assurance period, except for the Man-made damage. If beyond the period, we will provide according to the price in our factory.

the training for installing after sale
a) Configuration of systems engineering, wiring, installation, commissioning.
b) The type, function, construction, trait, dispose of the equipments.
c) The training for the working principle and the operation regulations of the equipments.
d) The elimination and maintain to the problem of the main products.

Pay return visit for after-sell service, we will set up a quality file for you company, so that we can solve your problems at any time in the process of your producing, provide processing order of various rubber products and the selling net. We can also offer you the technical support whenever necessary.
