Several Methods for Tire Crushing

Crush the waste tire into powder status, rubber powder, by mechanical method, the production technology include crushing at normal temperature, deep freezing method, water slug method, etc.
a.Crushing at normal temperature: after classified treatment, the waste tire should be crushed by mechanical method at normal temperature status. Currently, there are two methods adopted by home and abroad markets. One is roughly crashing by ditch smooth roller or ditch roller, this technique is suitable for small sized processing factory in producing small amount of particles. It possesses the large labor intensity, higher producing cost, the opening production processes, the uneasy controlling dust, serious pollution. The other method adopted the progressive crushing system. This technique is suitable for large and medium scale plant to processing fine rubber powder. The producing processing is automatically pipeline controlled in the state of airproof, without discharging any waste water, gas, smoke, and residue.
b.Crushing at low temperature: this method is making use of liquid nitrogen freezing or air turbine expansion freezing, cooling the temperature of the rubber products blow the glass transition temperature, and then crushing by hammer mill or dise crusher.
c.Wet process pulverization: wet process or solution method all called wet process pulverization. Firstly, swelling the rubber particle which has been grinded by liquor and then crush it in order to get the rubber powder.
d.Hydraulic percussion method: fusillading the waste tire installing on the reeling platform by water-cannon with more than 245MPa high pressure stream and nozzle with 1-2mm, in order to crush it.
"Environmental friendly renewable technology at room temperature" is the waste rubber (tires) processing equipment researched and developed in our company. The technological achievements are all posses with independent intellectual property rights. The three raw materials, rubber, steel, fiber, contained in the tires will be separated totally only once by a special structural wheel and 100% recycling. The working processing are sealed in the state with fully automated production lines and a good production environment, the alternative to the traditional labor-intensive, heavily polluting and high energy consumption, poor product behind the technology. Waste rubber project is adopted to deal with environmental protection, energy saving, recycling use of new technology, new materials into the high-tech technology. Producing the waste tire and discarded rubber in order to reduce the (30-200mesh) finest rubber powder at room temperature.
And "Rubber reducer" will be used to restore the waste rubber into the status before vulcanized, and it can be produced to various types of rubber products. The entire production process with a high degree of automation, odorless, dust-free, no exhaust, no waste water, waste-free, superior quality products, integrated low-energy consumption, high productivity, can bring great environmental benefits, social and economic benefits.
