On the one hand, this technology can reduce the production price. On the other hand, if the prescription is available, it can approve the dynamic property of the rubber products. Moreover, it also reduced the environmental pollution from the waste rubber, with the simple production technology and high mechanical level. The waste tire can be utilized 100% without second hand pollution. This technology can save energy 20-50% compared with other treatment methods.
According to the current situation and tendency about the home and abroad regenerative technology of the waste rubber (tire), each country encourages to produce the finest vulcanized rubber powder and develop the mechanical desulphurization, the dynamic desulphurization; restrict the crude and base-line popular type, eliminating the method with oil and water and promoting the application of the new technique of the crusher.
